At PIS, we prioritize the emotional well-being of our students. Learning to manage emotions, cope with stress, and handle life’s challenges is essential in today’s world. We focus on nurturing emotionally intelligent students.
For students in Grades 1 to 5, we offer "Talk Time" classes to help them manage daily stressors, develop life skills, and learn effective coping strategies. In this forum, students share their thoughts and opinions on various topics while learning to approach challenges positively. The goal is to equip our learners with self-regulation skills, foster a positive self-image, enhance their strengths, and help them grow into resilient, well-rounded individuals. This program significantly strengthens their emotional health and social skills.
Circle Time is another forum where the aim is to build teacher-student relationship.
It gives them an opportunity to resolve class issues, focus on building values, express and manage their feelings,
develop effective ways to handle peer relationships, feel responsible, and develop a sense of belonging to a group they can trust.
